recently, aceg won the bid for s04 suqian to suiping expressway lingbi to yongqiao section project with total investment of about rmb 6.147 billion yuan. with total length of 39.8 kilometers, two-way four lanes, and design speed of 120km/h, the project has construction and operation period of 30 years.
